This is a is sound, clean and tidy mobile home, which has the added benefit of double glazing and central heating. It has been painted inside and has some clouding on the front window but this is reflected in the price. It would make ideal temporary accommodation for home builds etc and briefly comprises;

This static caravan is a 1998 model and the price is £4950, which includes a new propane gas pipe and single regulator (unless you want us to leave the current double switchover valve on), smoke and CO alarms and VAT. It will be checked and in full working order prior to delivery, which is free within 50 miles, but a reasonable price can be negotiated if you are further away.
